The date for the Werribee Rotary Annual Golf Day is Friday 2nd March. The Golf Day committee is already hard at work to ensure it will be another successful event. There will be a few changes to the overall format from previous years. Some of these changes include: - The golf club's professional, Marke Millar, will be conducting a pre-game group lesson at 10am for anyone who requires a bit of help with their game. The cost of this will be $20 per person.
- The presentation dinner will be shorter because we will not have a comedian. The dinner is expected to run from 6pm to 7:30pm.
For the third year in a row, Tino Ballan has offered to sponsor the hole-in-one competition. You can win a wonderful Ballan Holden car if you can get the ball in the hole on the 15th green in one shot. The net proceeds from the day will once again go to the Werribee Mercy Hospital's project to raise funds for a critical care unit. We are aiming to raise $25,000. You could assist the committee by identifying any sponsors who would like to donate and/or play. Please let Ross Conley know if you have someone in mind.
