In 2011, three members of the Rotary Club of Werribee formed a singing group called Three Dogs Barking. The plan was to rehearse a few tunes and perform at a special club function. It was only meant to be a short-term thing. After four years, the group has grown to five members and has become a polished musical team.

Now known as The Barking Dogs, they have expanded their repertoire and are in high demand, particularly around the Rotary club circuit. At the invitation of the incoming District Governor, Julie Mason, they were one of the highlights at the District 9800 Changeover dinner in July 2015. The singers are Rob Fava, Jim Randall, Paul Revell and Ian Hovey and the master musician is Ross Conley on keyboard. Any funds raised by the group are donated to the Rotary Club.
