Club Meetings

About Our Club
 
The City of Wyndham is approximately 30 minutes drive from Melbourne's CBD. The Rotary Club of Werribee is one of four clubs located in the city. We usually meet on the 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th Tuesday of each month. The meeting commences at 6:45pm and concludes at 8pm. Our new venue is the Holiday Inn Hotel at 22 Synnot St, Werribee. The meeting is held on the 8th floor. Car parking is on the 3rd floor. There are two sets of lifts. To reach the 8th floor, make sure you use the lifts in the centre of the lift well, not on the outside. Occasionally we meet at an alternative venue depending on the type of meeting being held.
 
The agenda for each meeting varies but the key items are as follows:
 

  1. President welcomes everyone, introduces any guests and makes any announcements.

  2. Guest speaker (including question time).

  3. Dinner.

  4. Any special presentations if necessary.

  5. Club members provide updates about Rotary-related matters including upcoming functions/events and the status of club projects.

  6. Final announcements from the President.
